MIMI is a real-time 3D character with two homes: a plug-and-play web widget that greets and chats with visitors via Claude SSE, and MIMI Smart Kids — the Android learning app where she's the host across 40 mini-games in 7 categories (MIMI · Fun · Puzzles · Words · Numbers · World · Move & Sing). Both share the same GLB asset; the native pipeline bakes textures to vertex colors so Hermes renders her at 30-75 fps without WebView fallbacks.
